Will has over 19 years of technology delivery, development, management, and professional services experience. Prior to founding Weidman Consulting, Will was an Internet Technology Consultant at NetSetGo, Inc., a Rochester, NY Web development company. In that role, Will worked with NetSetGo clients to define and implement their Internet business strategies.

Will also held various senior engineering management and software development positions at Xerox Corporation where he was Manager of Systems Engineering and Integration in the Document Solutions Group.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
